Service Agreement

We offer online Spanish lessons. Each lesson is tailored to your level and goals, ensuring a personalized learning experience. Lessons are conducted through Google Meet.

Payment

Payment for lessons must be made before the scheduled lesson time. If the payment is not received within 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, the session will be canceled.

Late Arrival Policy

Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

All materials provided during lessons are the intellectual property of SpanishwithLai. You may use the materials for personal study but may not distribute or sell them.
